We have a family Staycation in Jayakarta Hotel this weekend, the Junior Suite room is spacious with Sofa Bed. The staff were Helpful with great hospitality. The breakfast was not varied enough but taste quite good. I loved the swimming pool it had kids pool, and jacuzzi with warm water. They also had Play ground near the pool, and cute little tikes mini car that we can borrow. Overall we love Jayakarta hotel, thank you...

It's very kids and family-friendly ! The hotel also provide baby cot (baby box) for my son, they have car toys for kids that they can ride around the pool area, the room it self is cozy with nice bathtub on it. I will consider to stay here again for my next vacation with my son.

The hotel is big and spacious, the atmosphere is also calm and comfortable, the staff is friendly, the cleanliness is also okay, there are only a few spots that need to be improved. The swimming pool is large but the water is cold 😅, there is a warm water pool but it is small so if you want to be comfortable, find a time other than morning/afternoon. The breakfast menu is all delicious and there are many choices from main courses to desserts, I want to try everything but my stomach can't fit hehe. Maintain and continue to improve the service 😊👍👍

The hotel may seem old-fashioned, but it's fun, spacious, and comfortable for kids. The pool is great. The balconies also create a peaceful atmosphere.

The water heater is not hot enough, it only takes a long time to heat up. I only used it in the morning and it was only warm.

Recommended. The hotel is nice, well-equipped, and clean. It has an adult pool, a children's pool, and a jacuzzi. There are outdoor and indoor playgrounds. The rooms have nice views. The service is friendly and prompt. Thank you, Mr. Murah, for upgrading the room to a bathtub and allowing for three rooms in a row. The kids were very happy.
Breakfast at the restaurant is delicious. My favorite is the butter chicken, which is delicious and tender. The chicken porridge and banana cake are top-notch.
Thank you, Mr. Glasses, for being friendly at the pool. The kids loved the large yellow tire for rent.
This will be a great memory for my son and his friends.

An old hotel but the facilities are still well maintained and beautiful, the most favorite is the hot spring bath in the swimming pool area, stayed with my 8 month old grandson, it was very enjoyable, next time I go to Bandung, I will stay here again.

The room is spacious, my son enjoyed staying here. I thought the old hotel would be scary, but it turned out to be far from it. On each floor, the hotel hallways are open, so it's not too stuffy, and you can sit outside the room because there are sofas. Maybe as a suggestion, don't add too much chlorine to the swimming pool, so it doesn't sting when swimming. So far, my family and I are happy and highly recommend a staycation here. 🤗

to check in, we had to wait quite a long time because there were only 2 people serving at the front office..even though it was a long weekend. Many people also complained because of the long check in time..the mattress was no longer soft and the pillows smelled so it was uncomfortable..and for standard food, the variety was lacking for a 4-star hotel..

second time staying in Jakarta Bandung now free upgrade from Mrs. Okta, clean room, variable breakfast, all delicious, only children aged 8 years old are charged quite expensive at 110,000. but it's all worth it, the children are very happy, next staycation will stay here again. thank you

i have pleasant stay in this hotel for 2 nights. Even its look old but for me is classic style. all the furniture is is good maintenance and all the staff very helpful and friendly.
