We have a family Staycation in Jayakarta Hotel this weekend, the Junior Suite room is spacious with Sofa Bed. The staff were Helpful with great hospitality. The breakfast was not varied enough but taste quite good. I loved the swimming pool it had kids pool, and jacuzzi with warm water. They also had Play ground near the pool, and cute little tikes mini car that we can borrow. Overall we love Jayakarta hotel, thank you...

It's very kids and family-friendly ! The hotel also provide baby cot (baby box) for my son, they have car toys for kids that they can ride around the pool area, the room it self is cozy with nice bathtub on it. I will consider to stay here again for my next vacation with my son.

It was incredibly enjoyable. I received a free upgrade to a Village room. The hotel staff were all responsive, and the room facilities functioned well.
There was a lack of power outlets, as there was only one in the room, which was a hassle.

The hotel staff is friendly, the swimming pool is fun for swimming, the bed is soft, but the soundproofing is really bad, the next room is filled with water and you can hear it badly, and the TV is also broken, the TV color is no longer normal.

Please improve the service during check in, do you have to ask many times to ask whether the room is ready or not, because the staff informed that it is being tidied up.. the cleanliness of the pool area must also be improved, because it is dirty, especially the children's pool area. One more thing about the food, for a 4-star hotel, it is not varied in serving breakfast, what's more, it is lacking in taste, for example, fried rice with salted fish but there is no salted fish, chicken soto but there is no chicken, only vermicelli and cabbage that have been made into 1, one more thing is chicken porridge that has no chicken, only broth.. chicken broth porridge is more suitable.. please improve.. thank you

It was a great stay at The Jayakarta Suite Bandung. The staff was very friendly, you can request a single-floor room, the swimming pool is nice and large, it's kid-friendly, the breakfast is delicious and varied, and the price is affordable.
