stayed here for 4 nights. the problem is just the cleanliness, the room was smell something, the water turned into yellow if you let it open linger. they could've done better. overall the staff was friendly and helpful, the food was pretty good, the location was great (close to local). i think the villa needs to be renovated and the staff needs be more aware. probably won't go back.

A real crap hole of a hotel. Avoid this place at all cost. Seriously discusting. Ac broken, couch has body fluid stains on it, so does the bed, fridge broken. Just nasty. Just look at the pictures.

Honestly, it's a nice place. A villa-style property with spacious rooms. It's just that the villa is lacking in maintenance. The location is quiet and a bit far from the hustle and bustle of Sanur

The hotel is very old. It needs to be renovated. The pool water isn't clear. Breakfast is terrible. It doesn't even deserve to be called a 3-star hotel.

the door of the room has been overgrown with termites and is still alive.
for breakfast is not prepared optimally. when we were going to have breakfast there were only 2 chickens left and it was very small. the staff on duty said it would be fried, but when we finished eating the chicken was not ready. when it was finished frying the chicken inside was still raw. what needs to be considered is, when we have made a reservation the room should have been checked, but the most fatal thing is the termites in the gaps between the doors where the termites are still moving and growing soil for the termite house.
the comments above are just input.. a villa in Sanur is still lacking in maintenance.

It looks like an old hotel/lodging, where the facilities have started to decline in terms of quality. But besides that, it is still comfortable. What is quite disappointing is related to the poor coordination between hotel staff.

the room is really old and already showing its age, unfortunately it is poorly maintained, and also the hot water is not working. but the room is large and the bed is comfy.
it is just need some repair and renovation.
the hall to the room is a little bit dark, needs more lights, and a little bit cleaning.
breakfast is okay, a bit could though.
the staff is very friendly and helpfull, two thumbs up for them.
overall the hotel is old, need some repairs and renovation

The staff is very friendly and nice, only the building and hotel facilities starting from bed facilities, bathroom facilities, walls, curtains, mirrors, doors, locks, need renovation and re-repair. The bed is very uncomfortable and dirty:(

initial order because of seeing good reviews, I ordered 2 rooms with breakfast.
the room I received did not have a TV, the bathroom shower was a bit broken.
I asked about the TV just an apology, ok no problem.
after that the small shower water was a bit broken and there was a knob that had to be held when used.
breakfast was so so, not much variation and I didn't eat, just thinking about checking out quickly.
