Checked out 15 minutes right after we checked in and move to other villa. Place is not well maintained, a lot of mold, the bedsheets are so dirty, sandals are not even new, they're also doing a renovation in the other villa. Overall, its nothing like in the picture. They don't even give any complimentary when we check out only say sorry.

The staffs are friendly, unfortunately that's is their only saving grace. There is no running water and the place is run down not well maintained, aircon is not cold, pool is dirty and the picture used on web is nothing like the villas provided. When asked, they replied it was an old picture. I sincerely hope online agent have a way to check if the place provided is the same as the pictures provided.

Staffs not professional. We've to wait around 20mins until we get the keys. Seems they didn't prepare. On our way to the villa, the surroundings seems dirty and not maintained. Our porch & pool chair dirty, water in our swimming pool blurry and so many damages inside the property. What a waste of money.

We booked this room on travel locker. It looks like it was in new condition and clean so we got to the hotel and it was the opposite blood stains on the bed pillow. It was disgusting. The pool was dirty, bathroom toilet look like it was never cleaned before. And wouldn't agree to give us a refund so I in touch with travel locker app and still haven't got a refund and we're still waiting for travel locker to get our money back. We left the hotel. And pay for another hotel. We couldn't stay in this hotel, we are so disappointed and do not recommend this hotel for anyone. The pictures they put up are so deceiving, don't trust these people

Nothing is working in the villa. For the 2.6mio/night villa: the pool filter is broken. Pool water is dirty and unswimable. Shower didn't work, it stopped in the middle of me showering. The hot water didn't work, so it was a cold shower. This hotel is a scam. Online agent should help to verify the quality. It should not be sold by online agent

Do not book at this villa. Very different from the photo. The place is so old, dirty, disgusting, and smelly. Not even deserve a 1 star! Cleary the staff & all the Kanjeng Villas Management didn't want to be responsible for all of this (because there are still a lot of bad reviews coming from the customers)

Don't expect the villa like the picture you saw in the app. The villa is so dirty, and it's my bad I didn't read the review before booking the villa. For the price I pay, really disappointed. Everything in this villa is dirty and looks broken.

When booking did not see the review. After booking, see the reviews, everything is bad. Was anxious. But so far it's pretty good for that price. The only drawbacks are 2. The check-in process is quite long. Because the villa is not ready to receive guests. Even though there is already a list of guests who will check in. But why has the villa just cleaned? Second water problem. Several times the water died and had to ask for help to turn it on to the receptionist and that made it uncomfortable. The condition of the villa is a little less well maintained. But still worth living in.

Uncomfortable, like an old villa that lacks maintenance, the shower in the bathroom has a very small flame, after a long journey, when I wanted to take a shower at night, I finally didn't get it, I had a report saying that the water was told to wait 5 minutes, after waiting it still came out very small, I wanted to spray it. the toilet water also didn't work, in the end it didn't poop, it didn't meet expectations, in terms of service it was good, in terms of the building and interior it was bad, the mattress pillows were all hard, the towels and bed sheets were all crumpled, even though I was booking, I saw the pictures were good, immediately booked 2 nights eh, it turned out to be far from expectations, just one night here, I was in a hurry to check out, let last night's forfeit, because it was no longer comfortable, so sorry, honest review from me, hopefully it can be used as an improvement for customer comfort in the future, in my opinion this villa needs to be repaired repaired and given more care.
