Our room was clean. Almost all the facilities was good. Staff was very helpful, kind, and friendly. Overall my family and I were satistifed to stay there for 4 days. I will put this in one of my recommended place to stay in Bali.

Wow... The hotel is good, close to everywhere... It's nice to have a refrigerator in the living room, and there's a pool. I'll definitely come back here again.

Staying 4 nights at The Legian Sunset Residence hotel was very comfortable. Especially since I brought my family with 3 children. The bed is spacious, there are 2 floors in the room. The price is also affordable for the family room type, and the location is in the middle of the city, access everywhere is easy. Next time I go to Bali I will stay at this hotel.

The hotel staff is very helpful. I was served by Mrs. Made, the receptionist. The first night our room's AC was not cold. But we were very helped by Mrs. Made and the next day we were immediately switched to the same type of room and the AC worked very well. Yes, even though we had a warm night in the room, it was already paid off by being replaced. The room size is quite large so it's comfortable to bring children, there is a refrigerator, a microwave downstairs along with a dining table complete with plates, etc., there is also a sofa, then above there is 1 bed and TV and a bathroom. The bathroom is also large. The exit access is also not far.. thx for Legian Sunset Residence & thx for the service Mrs. Made ❤
