I really enjoyed staying at this hotel, which provides a very comfortable environment. They have friendly staff, varied and delicious food with beautiful arrangements. Easy access to the mall which is very close makes staying at this hotel even more comfortable.

Had a good experience staying at The Margo Hotel Depok. The room was big, clean and neat. All the amenities completed on the room, check in and check out process no longer than 5 minutes. And the breakfast was excellent. Thanks to the chef for the extraordinary service. I had my pouch egg perfectly cocked and I can say, it was 5 stars standard, I'm not expecting that good actually. Unfortunately, I had an issue with the TV cable, somehow the cable plugged and unplugged by itself. Definitely will be back soon.

Nice, comfortable. Check-in was easy, fast, and friendly. The staff were all friendly, alert, and efficient. There's a children's play area. The pool is great.
The rooms are clean, with very comfortable beds and pillows.
The hotel is located next to a mall, but still offers privacy. The building is separate, so the hotel maintains a quiet atmosphere.
The basement parking is spacious enough for those with larger cars.

This hotel has experienced significant decline. I stay here almost every year. The breakfast is monotonous. Sometimes it's too salty, and the rice is too soft. If you stay more than two days, you'll definitely get bored with the monotonous breakfast menu. The bathroom is poorly maintained. I think if there ever is a new hotel in Depok with a nice pool, The Margo Hotel will definitely lose its customers.
