The room I got did not match the description, it was dirty, the water in the bathroom was brown, and it was a bit scary

Sorry, I'm confused about how to rate this hotel. This hotel is very old, the tiles in the room I stayed in were broken, and the telephone in the room was just a display and couldn't be used. The toilet was very dirty. So why not just give it 1 star? Because there are still good points about this hotel: a very good location because it's only a few minutes to Braga Walk, the air conditioning is still cool, and there is a water dispenser for our needs. The bed is still comfortable to sleep on. I think it's urgent to renovate the hotel immediately.

The Naripan senior suite had no drinking water.
The bathtub water was also yellow.
The breakfast was still the same elite food stall menu, no coffee. There was tea, but when I asked for sugar, it was gone, even though it was only 8 a.m.
It wasn't worth it, not worth the price of the hotel.
The room was also very stuffy.

The bathroom water wasn't warm, the pillowcase smelled of hair oil, like a used pillowcase, there were insects flying around the lamp, insects around the pillow and bedsheets, the floor felt dusty... I have a video.... unfortunately I would like a photo

Recommended for those who want to explore Asia Afrika and Braga Street, just a short walk away.
They even offer a car wash without asking.
The service is excellent.

Good enough for a family stay. Not the most modern or the cleanest, but it was sufficient. The location is excellent, just a short walk to the Braga culinary spots. Overall, everything was fair for the price.

Overall, it's okay. There's a refrigerator inside... unfortunately... before moving in... the room that was going to be used wasn't checked first... the shampoo and soap weren't filled. Basically, they weren't thorough enough.
