was my second time staying here, they upgraded our room from deluxe to king. (very happy yay)
the hotel is very unique, if u like arts, u would enjoy every corner of this hotel. the staff were friendly and meal was delicious. the highlight was the swimming pool on fifth floor and the library lounge for me. overall, would recommend! 💕

I stayed at The Orient Jakarta for 2 nights and it was a great experience. The location was super convenient, just 5 minutes from the MRT station. The room was big, but very clean. The bed was comfortable and I love the interior design. Staff were always smiling, very accommodating, and polite. I used the free Wi-Fi and it worked well. The pool was also really nice, used it in the morning and I had the pool to myself.

While we experienced a small glitch during check-in (it was 3 PM and we still could not enter our room due to unavailability), they managed to speed up the preparation and sent a fruit platter as a compensation. My family and I appreciated that. My kid also broke a glass, and the process to cover that was also speedy and managed professionally by the hotel staff. Location-wise, it's right at the city center and close to many legendary restaurants in Jakarta (Bopet Mini and others in BenHil area). Design and ambiance are both out of this world. They're so unique that I keep coming back here 3 times already just because I miss the place. Best thing to do here would be to enjoy their amazing pool with hot-tub jacuzzi.

This uniquely themed hotel is perfect for those seeking tranquility and a hideaway from the hustle and bustle of life.
Filled with various photos, paintings, and vintage historical pieces—so distinctly Indonesian—I was captivated.
The service was exceptional—professional and friendly staff, delicious food, and facilities that are not just there for the sake of it but thoughtfully designed with quality and cleanliness in mind. Plus, its strategic location makes the experience even more perfect.
I will definitely come back. Definitely.

The coolest hotel I've ever been to in Jakarta. I've always been satisfied with the service and friendliness of the staff. Every guest receives a free welcome drink and a discount on the spa. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms are guaranteed. Close to Grand Indonesia Mall, Plaza Indonesia, and the Hotel Indonesia roundabout. You get what you pay for. There's a rooftop cafe with a great city view and a pool! Furthermore, the gym is quite complete and spacious. Comfortable. The city view is especially beautiful at night. A truly worthwhile staycation experience.

not only good in the photos, but it was really that good when we came there. A comfortable, clean hotel and the staff is super friendly even though we are locals (there are many expat guests). Next time maybe we will go there again because we haven't had the chance to play on the aesthetic rooftop
