Drove in torrential rain on motorbikes from Pemuteran to Canggu, arriving well after dark. Staff were incredibly helpful in getting us setup in our rain right away, especially since we were soaked. Staff brought our bags in for us, gave us our key and information, put glasses of passionfruit cordial in our hand, and we went up to enjoy hot showers with excellent water pressure.
Breakfast costs 35,000 rupiah for tea or coffee, apple or orange juice, and one of several filling and delicious food options ranging from toast and fruit to eggs benedict. The hotel also has a separate food menu with lunch and dinner items. The fish in garlic sauce was especially good.
Our room was very clean, and came with cable tv, air conditioning, good lighting, modern bathroom and high quality bed/bedding.
The hotel has a pool-- one of the best maintained that we've seen during our month in Bali. Hotel offers pool towels at the front desk.
Overall, great experience-- we'd definitely stay here again if we come back to Canggu!

Our stay here was great! Hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. One night one of the staff sat with us and helped us order food and chatted with us for a while giving us tips of the area. The breakfast was one of the best we've had and we have been in Indonesia for a month. Very clean and comfortable, okay location.

in the photo it's nice, when I arrived at the zong location, how come a hotel that big doesn't have a lift? the water boiler is made of plastic, the bathroom uses a cloth tire, according to me for 500 thousand or so the room is already good, it turns out to be zong, during my 3-night stay in Bali, we moved hotels every night, only Canggu made me disappointed, what I protested was the lift, not the additional costs for adding people, so the manager's unfriendly comments were very different from what was conveyed to Traveloka, I also saw that there were not many interested people, during my time in Bali Canggu was the hotel that I found expensive, but zong, thank you,

Sebenernya untuk istirahat aja cukup. Tapi jangan ekspektasi tinggi. Nggak ada lift. Jadi rada susah kalau dapat kamar di lantai 3. Ada batas jam malam. Tapi tetap bisa masuk kok. Cuma kalo udah malam nggak ada petugas lagi. Kamar mandinya kemari westafelnya bocor. Tapi kalo cuma buat tidur dan aktivitas lagi cukup. Dengan harga segitu dan lokasi yang oke ya udah cukup.

Pelayanan 💯. Staff nya sangat ramah, dan ada persewaan motor juga. Lokasi pinggir jalan masuk gang dikit, parkiran ngga luas-luas banget. Masa hotel tanpa lift, kamar sempit berjamur, amenities ga lengkap 560-an with breakfast. Breakfast nya cuma ada nasi goreng.

The Balinese Staff are very nice and try to help and fulfill my request as I wrote on traveloka. And then when I arrived, the room is not as expected on picture and request, also The water is not stable (The Manager is Not friendly at all. It takes long time for him to wanna talk to me) because he is not there and he seems know I was waiting and not satisfy and he finally talk to me and the staff can give the phone to me and the way he talked is not nice and reasonable at all. I am sorry, this is my first not good review staying at bali hotel ever. Even I have live here for 6 years. The water took 3 mins to get warm. And not running well - up and down. Above all - I don't like the way how the bandung manager talking on phone and answer. Not professional, not helpful, not happy and not polite.
