I've been staying here since 2019 and never regret a bit. The hotel is cozy, and comfortable. The rooms is very spacious with extra fluffy pillows, not to mention the balcony and the dining table. The staffs are helpful, mbok Mona, mbok Tari and bli Tangkas help me to make my stay over experience more enjoyable. This place surrounded with many places to hangout, also you can experience the food galore. Highly recommended.

The staffs were super humble yet hospitable. I barely had any problems during my stay. Location wise was okay as well. Only minor problem that they didn't provide toiletries. So bring on your own. Will be an option whenever I'm back to the island

Very spacious room, strategic location, very friendly and helpful staff, just missing cloth line in the room which is available only by request.. a little bit pity but the rest was very good!! we will coming back here in the future.

The facilities are "decent," considering the price. Although the balcony is noisy, the outdoor AC is on the side, some of the bed walls are peeling, and the floor and walls of the outer corridor are dirty.

The room walls are not well maintained (the walls are peeling because the building is old?, cleanliness is lacking), the AC is cold, there is no hot water kettle available, you have to rent it for 20K per day, overall the service is friendly

The hotel staff was very friendly, and the location was easy to reach. However, the room cleanliness was poor, and the amenities were incomplete. I got a room with broken floor tiles, and the cupboard didn't close properly.

The place is really nice, all have balconies, the rooms are very spacious, the staff is also very nice, all the facilities are functioning well, towels and rooms are changed, cleaned every day, drinking water is refilled every day, the TV channels are good, the hot shower works well. When I checked in, I was served by a woman, she was beautiful and very gentle when talking, and gave very clear information. When I went up to the 3rd floor to look for a room, I met the female housekeeper and she was immediately very prompt in finding and directing where my room was. The security guard is also very good, I bought food via GoFood, the security guard was very prompt in receiving and securing it. When checking out, I was served by Mas Sam, he was very kind and humble, the checkout process was done very quickly. Anyway, I recommend this place, oh yes, it is also very close, just walk if you want to find food, on average there are 24 hours for food stalls on Jalan Teuku Umar.

For just around 300, this is really cool.
The room is spacious, and the yard is also spacious for parking.
The only thing the room needs is frequent cleaning, like repainting.
The paint on the room is a bit dull.
