We stayed for one night only for black pink concert. Overall was good. We were able to check in early. Many thanks to a lady that checked us in. The breakfast was good too. Many choices. Unfortunately if you stay during weekend due to its proximity to GBK you could not get a good sleep as it was too noisy and loud early in the morning

I personally enjoy my staycation and definitely would do it again or recommend it to my acuqaintances. The room rate is very affordable. But I think the room itself lacks of tissues, at least put it on the bedroom too. It's pretty bothersome to go to the bathroom to get tissues when I'm having my meals.

I got amazing experience stay at Sultan Hotel, the room was spacious, staff are very friendly, and the service was great. I got very smooth and fast check in with Miss Vicky, she'll welcome you with very nice and good hospitality. The house keeping team making up my room very nicely for my special request. And also the pool guy is very friendly, definitely will come back soon to this hotel 👍

This is the second time I'm staying there. Never fail me at all. Always amaze me. Near from GBK and JCC. The food? Extraordinary. Me and my friends feel so satisfying. Alhamdulillah Bi'idznillah. I hope I can stay there next August again. In Syaa Allah

Stay for 2D/1N staycation with my friends & family, really enjoy everything, pool very nice (warm water) but sad Sunday have to move to Apt pool (cold water), near to many shopping mall FX, Senayan, Spark. Also near to GBK and Hutan Kota really nice, jogging track, green area. All staff very friendly & polite, we are enjoy to stay here, children also happy. Will come back next time. Thanks

Staycation experience in The Sultan Hotel was pleasant, the hotel staffs were friendly and professional. Check in and out process were fast. The room is quite look old but clean and well maintained. The pool guard was nice and helpful, and the environment is good for Family. Overall the Service level is good.
