Really a very pleasant hotel, all the services are extraordinary, the ambiance is also great, especially if you have club facilities, free snack time + dinner. Specifically good coffee for me. At room also has a coffee machine. Really recommend for staycation. Thanks Mas Gavin for your good hospitality, keep it up, Westin is the best place 👍😎. For sure I will come back here again.

Friendly service, clean rooms, clean pool and gym. Ask for early check-in at 13.00. All the employees are friendly. There is more drinking water in the room. Bring the baby, given a baby crib, as long as you ask. Good food, good fresh fruit juice. The food menu is a lot, the service at the restaurant is excellent. Can stay here again.

A hotel that fits the money we spend. The majority of hotel staff are super friendly, complete with what they want, it doesn't matter which one has money and doesn't (but there are one or two whose employees are not friendly and seem arrogant). The food is super delicious, with a view of the typical city of West Surabaya, which is very handsome. Continued success.
