The water was off, but even if there was water, it was very small. We had a hard time taking a shower, we were tired from the trip and wanted to take a shower, but it was like that. Luckily, the receptionist, Mr. Rendy, was quick to change it and immediately filled it with water. Even though I was angry, I immediately calmed down because the receptionist was very friendly.

Even though the road access is uphill, it is worth it with the view😍, the minimal price is suitable for low budget people, the receptionist is very friendly, handsome too, his voice is soft, even mothers like me can melt, Rendi is very tall, he is still 19 years old, you know, Mom🤭

The view from the upstairs restaurant is stunning. The rooms are spacious and clean. It's close to Ketapang Station. Just be careful of monkeys, who might sneak up on you while you're in the restaurant.

We arrived at 10:15 PM, tired because we were stuck in traffic for 10 hours... we asked for noodles, but they said they couldn't even though we hadn't eaten yet... we got a room downstairs... it was quiet and there was no ventilation except to open the window... in the middle of the night there was a sound like someone was banging on the wall... it was quite long... the bathroom floor was slippery because it used smooth ceramic tiles

The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was not very clean, but the view was great. I didn't dare swim because of the many wild monkeys. The food selection in the afternoon was lacking; please check the quality and taste of the restaurant's food again.

Everything is good, but the bathroom is lacking maintenance. I'm in a deluxe room. I really wanted a suite room, but it was always empty. The food is also delicious, even though it's expensive. But I'm satisfied. I'm satisfied with the hotel and the room. The only thing I want to know is the location, the road is scary😁 Next time I want to try the villa and suite room.

The plus side is the clean, fragrant room and the clean pool. The view is absolutely stunning, so you won't regret it. The downside is that the hotel is up a steep mountain, so not all Grab services will take you there. If you're bringing your own vehicle, don't worry.

The lighting in the living room is not bright enough, if it was brighter it would be more comfortable. It is difficult to get hot water for bathing, for a family of 4 people only 2 people get hot water.
