The owner is full of smiles and very friendly, full service from the owner, you can choose one breakfast, it is freshly made as soon as we arrive in the kitchen, the view in front of the room is beautiful, there is a temple, not noisy, we come by motorbike, the owner immediately gives us directions good parking place. It's really top, if you stay in Ubud, definitely come here again.

Great location and property. Pictures are what you get. The owners pandi and balik are what makes this place so great though. As it was my first time to bali i was unsure of where to go and what to do. Balik drove me on his scooter almost everyday for free, although this may not always be the case. They also remt scooters. On my last day we had a family dinner which was amazing.

Untuk guest house yang rata-rata 200 di sini sudah bagus, sudah dapat sarapan. Owner-nya sangat ramah sekali. Sudah ada water heater-nya jadi aman. Dapat handuk, sabun, shampoo. Terus ada gelas 2 dan teko air panas. Kasurnya juga empuk kok dan plusnya ada hair dryer girls. Kalau kalian lewat jam check out bakal ada tambahan 50 ribu per jam. Cuma agak susah nyari tempatnya karena papan namanya agak kecil, apalagi tempatnya dalam gang. Jadi kalau kalian sudah nemu, kalian masuk saja sampai mentok ya. Karena di depan itu rumah keluarga, engga ada yang bakal nyaut. Di belakang baru guest house dan rumah owner-nya.

Suasana nyaman, seperti rumah sendiri. Pemilik sekaligus penjaga penginapan sangat friendly. Suasana tenang. Kipas angin, air hangat, AC, kebersihannya bagus. Air mineral bisa minta di dapur alias free flow namun sewajarnya. Untuk sarapan hanya menu ringan teh kopi dan seporsi pancake pisang atau roti gandum dengan telur. Cocok untuk backpacker, cocok untuk yang bersepeda motor. Tidak ada areal parkir, letaknya di dalam gang perumahan. Hari-hari yang membawa mobil akan kesulitan mencari tempat parkir.

The location of the guest house is in an alley (you can't enter a car), outside the alley there are signs prohibiting parking. The atmosphere is nice, calm, beautiful. Breakfast is delicious, made directly as soon as you want breakfast and there are several menu choices.
