I've often stayed at hotels and this is one of the best in my opinion..
The room facilities are clean and comfortable, the toilet facilities also have hot water so you don't need to worry about the cold of Garut..the swimming pool is also warm. there is also a hot water soaking pool for reflexology. great.. next time I go to Garut, I will go to this hotel again..

Stayed one night in the Akasa room, arrived about half an hour before check in time but was already allowed to enter the room, the check in pin process was fast, happened to have a pool view, the hotel was very comfortable, clean, fragrant, the staff were also very friendly, breakfast had many choices and all tasted good. It was very pleasant to be able to stay at this hotel.

The staff is very nice and very accommodating. The food in restaurant too, but The food isn't very varied. For that price, it's not worth it and isn't very kid-friendly. So sorry, but the taste is good. Just less varied and less kids friendly

I stayed in a suite. This hotel used to be the best in Garut, established in 1964. The hotel is well-maintained and clean, with comfortable beds, sheets, pillows, and towels. Some of the furniture is dated. The hot spring pool is the best in Garut. However, the hotel also rents it out to guests who are not staying at the hotel, so the pool is sometimes crowded. The hotel area feels quite cramped. Breakfast is limited in variety but delicious. Food and drinks at the restaurant are affordable.

If there are more than 5 stars I will give it haha especially for the Arutala Grand Deluxe Room, it seems like this room is newly renovated so it's really nice, the design is modern and the facilities are really good. Overall I'm satisfied staying here. Worth the price. It seems like this hotel is underrated even though it's nice and comfortable.
