I don't usually do reviews but this stay deserves one! I have been to Bali a few times but have never experienced the genuine kindness I received from the staff. Everyone was so accommodating and genuinely want you to have an amazing time, also remembering what you tell them and follow up on your time/ experience there. I will definitely be back to this amazing resort!!

I stayed here for a week and it was absolutely fantastic! The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the rooms are huge and it’s an amazing location with the villas surrounded by greenery. The only bad thing I would say was the included breakfast was very poor with next to no choices compared to other locations in the area in that price point.
You can get better options but at an additional cost which was disappointing because I thought it was all inclusive but other than that it was great

The place has exceptional staff. Very kind, helpful and friendly. The only negative comment i can make is; room has small accesses (both from bathroom ceiling and main door) for little friends in nature :) This was a little disturbing from time to time.

Overall a really pleasant stay. The staff are incredible, so friendly and welcoming. Suggestions for improvement would be to upgrade room air conditioning (not powerful enough), and keep the pools open later than 730pm. Oh and have different options of toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, lotion) like other 4 star resorts.

This was our first time in Bali and we had lots of fun and relaxing time. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming. Breakfast at the hotel was just amazing. Definitely going to book another holiday.
