Comfortable GH with low budget price, but unfortunately there are many dogs roaming the entrance, so I'm afraid if I go out to buy food etc. on foot

The price may be cheap, but that doesn't mean the service is sloppy. The guest house is poorly maintained. The sheets are full of cigarette butts. The walls are damp and moldy.

Improve the cleanliness of the room. The bed cover is torn with cigarette butts. It should be replaced with a more suitable one. The room smells of cigarettes, and the bathroom is full of small flying insects. The lights in the room should be brighter so they're not dim.
The TV should be usable.
