This is the first time the check in took so long, there was about half an hour of waiting, I wasn't the only one waiting, there were still other guests waiting, even though the check in time was at 9 pm, how come they only just prepared the room, check out time was at 12.00 noon. The sink was clogged, so in the end I checked out early in the morning, just to take a break.

it smells really bad, the mattress and pillows all smell of feet. there are lots of "stains" on the bed cover and sheets. the walls and curtains are also moldy. the price is cheap, but can't it be made cleaner and smell nicer?

The staff and security guards were very friendly, but the breakfast of yellow rice and water spinach soup didn't seem to suit me. And the toilet needs to be cleaned and its completeness checked better because there were many yellow stains and blood stains on the sheets.

Overall, the location is quite strategic, close to the mall. But unfortunately, the room smells musty, the sheets have lots of yellow stains. When you first enter, there are no slippers and toilet tissue. You have to call the receptionist first to get them. The water is also cloudy and tastes salty. Maybe it's the hotel's policy, but this hotel is one of those that is not flexible about check-in. As a result, you have to wait 1 hour at 14.00 and the waiting area only has 4 chairs, even though you have confirmed via the application that you will check in early. Hopefully it can be fixed.
