1. Please fix the bathroom door in room 108. It's broken and can't be opened due to the top part being loose. 2. The shower is dirty; the shower head hasn't been cleaned properly. 3. The bidet is too loud, and the faucet has a yellowish tint. As someone who frequently stays here, this is very uncomfortable.

The price is very affordable, because you only stay for 1 day.

The hotel was nice, clean, with cool air conditioning and hot water. However, there was no elevator, so when I got a room on the third floor, I had to climb the stairs carrying my suitcase. There were also no culinary options in the area, but the Indomaret Point and several vendors made up for it.

Overall everything is okay... maybe a suggestion would be to provide a hairdryer.

I think the hotel is clean and comfortable, but I don't think the hotel restaurant is open 24/7. The restaurant is only open during breakfast, and then closes after breakfast. So, if guests need food or drinks outside of breakfast, they can't order because the restaurant is closed. Guests have to order through apps like GoFood or GrabFood. Perhaps the hotel should reconsider this restaurant, as it's a bit difficult to order through Grab or GoFood if you don't know the location. Thank you 🙏

The hotel is located in a shophouse area. The rooms are clean and spacious, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the TV channels are limited to local channels. Mostly local TVRI channels, no SCTV, RCTI, etc. Otherwise, it's fine. Breakfast is also good for two guests and two meals, and it can be taken away.

The second visit wasn't as good as the first. I stayed for two nights, but I was told I only get one breakfast per day with a menu that the receptionist told me to choose. I ate at the restaurant right next to the church. The restaurant served Indonesian Chinese food and didn't have a halal label, but it's a sharia hotel, and the waitresses and cooks all wore hijabs. The restaurant had an old interior and looked poorly maintained. The menu was like a roadside stall: fried rice, noodles, soto, rawon, mineral water, coffee, and tea. On the day of the soto, there were loads of big black ants in it, which was really annoying and I've already told the officer on duty, who apologized several times. (DAY 1) Because I was not sure that the breakfast was only cooked once, I asked the receptionist again and said to check, it seems like the receptionist was the same guy from yesterday, but he didn't understand how long we were staying, then he said there was breakfast, oh my, I went straight to the restaurant, breakfast was at 9:30, but at 9:20 the cook had already gotten on his motorbike and the waiter had already locked the restaurant door, then I asked if I could get food, he said to call the receptionist first because there was no information at the reception that there was breakfast and between the receptionist and the restaurant, it turned out the coordination was not good and the receptionist didn't apologize, but the restaurant apologized, it was the same as yesterday, then there was another misunderstanding, they wanted to eat on the spot but the restaurant thought it was takeout, so I just took it with the hot rice, chili sauce, lime, bean sprouts in styrofoam for soto and rawon, then the hot soup in plastic, the spoons were also plastic spoons. (DAY 2) . The restaurant doesn't open long, only serving hotel guests who eat.

Sharia hotels should have prayer rooms and restaurants that are better managed or open not only in the morning with a varied menu and can be chosen by themselves, so that guests can be more comfortable when staying at the hotel.

For staying overnight, it's quite comfortable, only the curtains are visible from the outside, the bed has air conditioning, the bathroom is ok, the food is delicious, the staff is friendly, only the view is a bit scary.

In my opinion, this is a 1-star hotel but at a 3-star price, minimal room facilities, very boring atmosphere, price above 350 thousand but mediocre facilities, no tea and coffee, unclear TV channels, breakfast menu is determined, aka non-buffet, those who give good ratings are those who just found out about staying at the hotel, lol
