I came here early Saturday morning last week. Check-in was easy. It's a strategic location. It's just that the bathroom has limited hot water hours. I arrived at 1:00 a.m. and took a cold shower without hot water. I'm also not sure why the water was so low, and the TV didn't have any channels. The location is good, close to all the stations, and Kayu Tangan is close. It's good.

The staff is friendly, the cleanliness is good, it's just a shame that we got a room with a loud AC that was noisy and disturbed our sleep, and we also got a bed that made a sound when we moved, so it was uncomfortable. The breakfast is delicious and the cleanliness of the hotel area is still lacking. The ceramic needs to be floor brushed to restore the ceramic shine to its original state. The corners are re-examined and properly dusted. The sheet needs to be re-examined when installing because the spot stains are still visible. Then the duvet is also not fragrant, and the last pillow case needs to be ironed, it's really wrinkled, gosh.

Old hotel but poorly maintained. The room AC is noisy and not cold enough, the shower water is small. The price is quite cheap but not worth it with the facilities provided, especially since it is labeled 3 stars. The only advantage is the strategic location, located in the city center, quite close to the town square, culinary center and Malang station.

the bathroom water is not smooth, the hot water does not come out, I have reported it but there is no response, the bed has expired (it feels like a spring on the body). The old model tube TV can make my eyes sore and I still use it... but because I'm tired I just give up... even though I booked 2 rooms.

The nuance of an old-fashioned hotel that is very well maintained, neat and beautiful. I happened to choose a twin bed room on the 2nd floor to get there using the stairs and on the way to the room there is a small garden and pond. The room is comfortable, the AC is old-fashioned but still works well even though it is a bit noisy. The bathroom has a shower and also a bathtub so the kids are happy. But unfortunately, this hotel is a smoking area in every corner. Ventilation is lacking in every hallway so when someone smokes in the corner of the hallway, the smoke enters the room even though I have noted a non-smoking room because my child happens to have asthma. Finally chose to move rooms by adding a fee for a room facing the small garden. The staff were very friendly and agile in helping us move. At breakfast the menu was quite good. Once again unfortunately, an ashtray is provided in the dining room and visitors also smoke in the same area as the dining room. even though it looks like a semi-open space the accumulation of air continues to circulate there. Overall it is quite good, maybe in my opinion it is not suitable for bringing babies/children. hopefully it will be better if a special smoking area is provided. the plus point is, the staff are very good. thank you for your experience

Maybe it can be improved regarding monitoring the condition of the AC (not cold and smells musty), TV that only has 2 channels. With yesterday's price of around 400 more, I was not satisfied. Ordered breakfast but was not given breakfast. No Wi-Fi.

hot water in the bathroom is important, but you have to ask the repairman first and it takes up to 6 hours to be finished and it turns on for a while
the next day it was turned on and after 1 hour the hot water didn't come out again
