Definitely gonna stay here next time as well! This was my second time staying at Nalaya Homestay & the family are so friendly. I reserved my stay for another date by mistake, but they didn't have any complain about that & they happily welcomed me there 🤍 Many thanks 🙏 Highly recommended 😊.

The staff were super friendly to the extent that they offered me a deluxe double room instead of the single room that I booked, without any extra fees. It's a family business and you can feel the family vibes there. I stayed for 1 night only, but for sure I'll choose this place once I visit Mataram again. Facilities: Wi-Fi, AC, TV, and the mall is around 10 minutes from there.

The kind and friendly parents, the man who helped clean also greeted us nicely. The tidy room and clean bathroom felt like we were at home. I sincerely make this good comment, because the parents welcomed us well. Security is really maintained by Mr. Man. See you again, please always take care of your health. Check-in times are flexible, service is quite good, and room comfort is quite good.
Kitchen equipment needs to be improved to make it more convenient for guests to boil water, use containers/plates, and spoons.

what I like
1. friendly homestay caretaker
2. clean homestay area
3. I can get water from the dispenser
4. there is parking
what I don't like
1. dusty blanket so my allergies flare up
2. sheets make my skin itchy
3. dirty and disgusting bathroom floor
4. no toiletries (no soap, toothbrush, shampoo)
5. child-sized towel
I only checked out 6 hours later because I intended to rest for a while and take a shower because my dust allergy flared up because the blanket was very dusty.
in my opinion it's not worth it for transit.
but the price is very cheap 110 thousand.
