Friendly service, a strategic location for families, and a swimming pool. Vehicle security is tight, so you don't have to worry. The place is clean, air-conditioned, provides drinking water and toiletries, and the view is beautiful, making it a cool place.

I got room no. 10, the water tap in the sink was broken, the water tap for the shower was the same. I had to squat to shower because it didn't work properly. The mattress was dirty, the impact was my body allergies flared up. The wifi didn't work properly

The staff is very helpful, checking in at 1 am was a bit difficult to wake up the staff. The bathroom is not very clean and the floor is slippery with moss. Otherwise it's okay

Family order why is the mattress different from the one in the family room? The bathroom is dirty, there are lots of cockroaches and the spray is dirty. Please pay attention to the cleanliness of the room.

1. Maps from the app do not match the location. I had to search and go around several times
2. When checking in, the receptionist looked very tired with red eyes
3. When entering the room, the tissue was even more chaotic, there was no mineral water provided, but there was water left in the kettle???, only 1 towel even though the order was for 2 people and when entering the bathroom, I was even sadder. Sorry, I will review honestly because I have also worked in a hotel and in my opinion, with a price of around 300, it is not value for money.
but the negative points were helped by the friendly security guard and the swimming pool,..

The hotel staff was friendly and very helpful, there were other guests sitting in front of the room and smoking, but they immediately moved after being informed to the hotel. The cleanliness of the bathroom was very lacking.

Good. Clean. The guards were friendly and cool to chat with, Mr. Security. Be ready even if you want to go out late at night. The place where the motorbike is parked is always padlocked. The internet is loud. Hot water jos. The children's swimming pool is available at 7pm max. Just don't sell heavy food. Because in this area there are lots of salespeople too. Will come back again if I go to Bogor. The family room is spacious.
