Lost my headset because I left it in the room on the table, but according to the housekeeping, there was nothing left behind. Even though it was clearly on the table in the room before I moved to another room because the walls were very dirty. It is very unprofessional if the housekeeping is not honest and the CS is also not communicative. Hopefully it will be an evaluation material to be much more honest
