A pleasant stay experience with the hotel's location close to the city center, there are several choices of activities in the hotel area and the service from the hotel staff (an. Ms. Aurora) is very helpful.

Excellent Stay at the Vertu Hotel. I had a wonderful experience at the Vertu Hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful from the moment I arrived. The room was clean, spacious. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious food. The hotel’s location was perfect. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

I was drawn to staying here because the hotel's access is very easy for wheelchair users. There are few stairs, and upon getting off the taxi, the hotel staff immediately assisted us through the wheelchair ramp. We were then directed to take the elevator to the 5th floor for check-in. On the 5th floor, besides checking in at the front desk, there's a restaurant and cafe, as well as a seating area for guests. The sunlight streams in, making the room feel less gloomy and spacious. To my surprise, I checked in at 1:30 PM, but instead of checking in at 2:00 PM, I received two access cards for room 1103. The amenities in the room are complete. For your information, this hotel doesn't provide a water dispenser. If you need more drinking water, you can contact the operator, who will connect you to housekeeping. You can ask for additional water to refill your bottled water. I opted to buy mineral water from the convenience store in the Harmonie Exchange, which is in the same building as the hotel. My first morning at the hotel, I ordered a special coffee from Le Bistro. Even if you're not staying at the hotel, you can still have coffee here. I initially ordered on the ground floor, and the coffee was made on the fifth floor in the restaurant. It was then delivered to my room once the barista knew I was staying there. The second night, my mother and I had dinner at Le Bistro, wanting to experience the hotel atmosphere. What we ordered: Pesto Genovese (IDR 145,000) Fish & Chips (IDR 67,000) The service was very friendly and kind. The restaurant itself is next to the hotel's breakfast area, which is of course larger. Le Bistro is smaller and has a more relaxed atmosphere. The downside in the room was the bedside table, which I had to be careful about; don't push it too hard or use it as a support. Other than that? Staying here was a pleasant experience for my mother and me. We'd love to return someday.
