Tidak di rekomendasikan untuk yang penakut dan punya anak kecil. Villa nya rumah tua yang tidak terawat. Jangan datang saat musim hujan karena semakin terasa aura angker nya. Untuk pelayanan bagus di bebaskan memilih villa karena kami tidak cocok dengan beberapa pilihan di awal. Untuk harga dan tempat tidak cocok. Terlalu mahal untuk lokasi seperti ini.

This is a very bad experience. A house that is no longer suitable for using water, can't take a shower, it's scary anymore, the house has a lot of shrubs, to be honest, I'm disappointed.

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide a review for Villa Ciater Highland 2BR. It's a shame for the bad experience while staying at our villa, indeed for the complex environment it is not well maintained because since the pandemic all parts of the landscape have been housed, and that is not our authority because the villas here are privately owned.
It's also a shame because there isn't any water, it's not impossible that our staff forgot the front faucet hasn't been turned on, due to a lack of communication, if the communication goes well there shouldn't be any problems checking in or during your stay.
We apologize profusely for the inconvenience and for those who haven't stayed at Villa Ciater Highland 2BR.

Just enjoy it for me and my family. Make it sleep. But there must be a guy because this is an old villa housing that is quiet and a bit scary at night, the bedroom is clean and the toilet is old style without hot water. Please note that this is a privately managed villa. Not a hotel or company but the service is okay too, this villa without breakfast wifi and others (you can ask for food to buy) it might only be a hassle if the electricity goes out it will be dark without a generator (prepare flashlights and others and a full charge cellphone battry). Try not to check this at night. You can get lost, make sure to contact the previous pic asking for the location of the villa (a spacious villa complex). Thanks.

The bathroom lights are not bright enough, And some mollusks are crawling on the walls and toillets, making our daughters scared and afraid of bathing in broken toiletries, hopefully tomorrow is better and more maintained.
