The Staff at Villa Nero were absolutely amazing! They had already won us over with their friendly service when we first arrived . We lost our phone while out on a ride one day and the staff helped reach out to the community and were able to retrieve it for us! the team here are absolute superstars. you wont be let down staying here!

Villa Nero is a hidden gem with the BEST STAFF. We celebrated my wifes birthday and they went above and beyond to provide a perfect small cake. The care and welcome we received were elite level hospitality. I want to keep this place my secret it was so amazing. From needing snorkeling recommendations to renting bikes Villa Nero made all of this so easy. If I could rate this greater than 5 stars I would Incredible, unforgettable, makes Villa Nero a highlight of our stay on Gili T. Much appreciation to the hard working, kind and caring staff.

It was a calm, fairly fancy hotel. We really liked it. It was quiet. But you could reach the beach with all the restaurants and bars in less than 10 minutes.

Villa Nero was such a beautiful accomodation with great facilities and delicious food. The best part of the stay was definitively the staff. They were so helpful and helped us organise all our activities and provide great recommendations. One staff member even went above and beyond and walked us to the other side of the island to show us the sunset on the hill (which we would have not been able to find without his help)!! 10/10 stay.

Très bien et l,hôtel est situé près du centre pour ceux qui désirent y être. Je n’ai rien de négatif à dire, mais le prix est quand même un peu élevé comparativement aux hôtels plus éloignés sur l’île. Nous avons séjourné 1 nuit ailleurs et pour moins chers, les hôtels sont plus luxueux avec grande piscine et face à la plage.
Tout dépend ce que vous recherchez. Ici les employés sont très gentils et serviables et des vélos en location pour vous déplacer.

Was very nice stay however our Air Conditioning was working properly and coldest we could get the room to was between 25-27 degrees which was uncomfortable. Apart from this, was a very nice stay. The staff were very friendly, helpful with bookings and stuff to do around Gili T, and also cleaned the room thoroughly each morning throughout our stay

We loved our stay at Villa Nero! Staff were very kind and helpful, and the included breakfast was delicious. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, which can be nice to be away from the loud bars at night. Really a good deal for the price and we would definitely stay again!
Google maps did unfortunately take us down roads that were not paved the first time with our luggage. Not anything to do with the property itself, but we do recommend going the route with paved roads when you're wheeling your luggage over on arrival.

Very nice place to stay, it is a bit of a walk (10mins) to the main strip but is on a main ally so if you are on that side can be a bit noisy.
Room spacious, but bed a bit hard and air con struggled a bit. Staff amazing and breakfast great. For price would recommend. Beautiful pool.

Cute little villa-style hotel a couple blocks off the main street in Gili T. Loved the high-intensity A/C and the excellent breakfasts. Staff were lovely, very friendly and authentically interested in their guests.

Very quaint resort with 10 rooms. Rooms are generous size with very comfortable beds. Open air bathrooms add a nice refreshing feeling. Staff was very attentive and the breakfast was delicious. It is a more quiet neighborhood but very walkable to the center of town in less than 10 minutes.

Great location off the strip away from the noise but not far enough away it’s a trek. Nice welcoming drinks, Pool is lovely and the use of free bikes is excellent. Staff are excellent particularly Joe and Danny. Nothing to much trouble and happy to share knowledge to. Room is nice and outdoor shower is lovely. Breakfast is fresh and made to order, lots of choice, a great start to each day. Hard to fault, only slight issue was air-con is slightly noisy and the odd horse taxi passing is a bit loud first thing in the morning. Otherwise hard to fault. Was a great stay and would happily stay again.

Gorgeous property, convenient yet quiet location, excellent customer service, beautiful pool area, nice breakfast, outrageous outdoor bathroom! The entire bathroom (yes including the toilet) is outside and it’s amazing! The free guest bikes are really helpful to get around and easy to use! We loved it so much we even recommended to a friend who was in Bali and he flew in to join us! Really friendly staff, absolutely perfect experience, thank you!!
