Nyaman banget. Banyak ruangan baru di renovasi (Februari 2024), jadi feel-nya bersih kaya baru dipakai 😊. Kamar mandi pun sangat bersih dan luas. Lantainya bersih, view sawah dan Pantai Sanur, harga segini pas banget sama kualitasnya😍. Staff-nya baik dan ramah, kemarin mamaku dibolehin masak di kamar 🤭

Honestly we were surprised by the rooms there. Very spacious even separate living room and bedroom wall as well as amenities such as air conditioning complete with TV and room facilities. Not only that. We are spoiled by a swimming pool that is right in front of the entrance of the room. What is clear is that we chose because the price is cheap but with very complete facilities. One more we chose villa Tangtu because it was very close to the Sukawati market. The place we bought by. The main point is strategic.

The room was in very poor condition and completely neglected. I booked a room for two nights for my colleagues. They were disappointed and couldn't stay there.
The bathroom ceiling was broken and dirty. The room was also dirty, with millipedes on the floor, and mold on the walls.
So, I lost out, having already paid for two rooms for two nights. There was no refund.

the number listed on Traveloka wasn't reachable, I had to manually Google their number. the room was dingier than promised in pictures. room smelled damp. towels provided were small and thin. room was not thoroughly cleaned, missed a lot of details, lots of cicak and gecko droppings on sills. it wasnt a bad experience; room was spacious and clean enough, but.. yeah.

When I arrived, there was only one cleaning staff member who gave me a room full of mold. According to her, that was the only room available. When I refused and asked for a refund, I was offered a room upstairs which was in better condition. However, both windows in that room couldn't be locked, so I was worried and couldn't sleep. I booked a two-day stay but only stayed one night because it was uncomfortable. Don't believe the pictures, it's super bad.

Not worth selling, the price and facilities provided are not appropriate, should be closed to guests if it is still messy and under renovation. - no receptionist. - AC is not cold. - dirty bathroom. Highly not recommended for bookings in the near future. Hopefully it will be fixed soon.
