The room was excellent—comfortable, clean, and well soundproofed. The air conditioning worked very well, and the bathroom was spotless. Even though the hotel is located next to a main road, it was still quiet and peaceful. The parking area was very spacious and easy to access. The pathway to the room was well-lit and had a pleasant atmosphere. One of the best features was the availability of Wi-Fi and Netflix. The staff were also incredibly friendly and welcoming, always greeting guests with a smile. Overall, it was a very, very good experience. As an added bonus, there is a cafe right next door that opens early in the morning. 😍🤍

I really enjoyed staying here, and it's likely to be my favorite hotel next time I visit Bandung. Since my family and I often vacation in Bandung, the hotel's surroundings are filled with restaurants and shopping malls. It's also close to the Pasteur toll road. There's a swimming pool and plenty of Instagrammable photo spots. 🫶🏻

Really love staying here. The mid-century aesthetic design of the hotel. The service is also really good, and the check-in type is self check-in & can check in online so we get our own keys at the locker. Booked 3 rooms with different types and all of them are nice & the price is really appropriate, very very worth it! The room is clean, the swimming pool has a Balinese vibe, basically 5 stars for this hotel! A real Gen Z hotel! Even though the location is in Pasteur which is often congested on weekends, this hotel is very strategic because right next to the hotel there is a viral donut place & viral matcha which is really delicious! Must try if you come here! And next to it is a mall so it's just a walk. Will come back here again.

If you’re looking for a budget hotel, this is the best place to stay. Aesthetically pleasing in every corner. Mau jajan noisy matcha & donut jg tinggal jalan kesamping. They don’t serve breakfast, but who needs hotel breakfast when you’re in Bandung? There are so many great local breakfast spots to explore.

Cool Volume Hotel! Art Nouveau bright and open concept on the aisle of rooms. Nice and cozy room with complete amenities. Even though still in soft opening, the service is good, fast response from staff. Really enjoyed staying here.

In my opinion, the hotel is really the best, the hotel is close to Pasteur. Even though you have to go around to the center of Bandung, it's really worth it. As soon as you leave the hotel, you'll find trendy places like Noisy Matcha and The Square Room, which makes it even better. The swimming pool is also warm so the kids are really comfortable, the vibes are also really great 😭🥹 The cleanliness of the room is also the best, plus the toiletries are complete! It's a shame that there's no breakfast because it's still a soft opening. Overall, the service is really great, perfect for those who like to watch content ✨

The hotel is aesthetic but still not suitable for use. I booked 3 rooms, and 2 of them had broken doors so they couldn't be locked. The room cleanliness was also poor. When I checked in, the bathroom floor was still dirty and one of the bed sheets had a big stain, probably from the previous guest. The towels provided were also dirty. I asked for a replacement, but the replacement towels were also still dirty. The Wi-Fi was slow & the TV couldn't be used either. But the staff were friendly, and when I asked for help, they immediately helped me. I also just found out that this was still a soft opening, of course with a soft opening there will still be trial and error, but if the soft opening is already so dirty, how can I... I also feel reluctant to stay again.

All the services were excellent, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Every time we passed them, they always greeted us. Even when my family and I were checking out, we had a lot of luggage, but the staff helped us load it into the car. It's rare to see such warm and helpful service. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so we had to find food outside or around the hotel for breakfast. Overall, this hotel is a good place for a family or partner vacation. If I return to Bandung, I will definitely stay at this hotel again. Thank you, Volume Hotel.

The mirror art request via the app was sent but when I checked in, there was no mirror art. The Wi-Fi was slow even though I got a room not far from the lobby. Near the elevator but the Wi-Fi was slow. Good service, can self check-in. Lacking in sweet snacks, more coffee, tea. If I'm not mistaken, there was once a razor in the bathroom, was it a mistake? The room is not very soundproof from the outside, but overall okay.
