My room key was getting error for 3 times. I was staying in the third floor and every time the key error I have to go to the receptionist in the first floor, no lift, so I was exhausted. There’s no water heater. And there’s stain in the bathroom, like a stain of cement or dust I dunno. The wifi connection is poor, I prefer to use my own internet.

The room's AC wasn't cold at all, the bathroom didn't have a heater even though I paid for a room with a heater, the swimming pool was dirty or under renovation, the wifi didn't connect at all, I didn't get bottled mineral water, instead I got water from a kettle that tasted really bad, very disappointed
