Very recommended even though the hotel is old but the facilities are complete, the rooms are also clean and spacious yesterday, got a balcony, you can drink coffee on the balcony in the morning, get a view of Mount Lawu and Mount Wilis, really good, just the best.

Alhamdulillah, we can stay at this hotel, for us, comfort for the children is the main thing and the Kartika hotel can provide that for them. In addition, serving at a restaurant that is friendly for children, really recommended! Thank you very much Votel Kartika Abadi.

From the outside of the building, as soon as you enter, the rooms are clean, the rooms are spacious, the servants are friendly, God willing, if you are on duty again in Madiun, you will rest at Kartika again.

Cheap hotel with good facilities and clean. Suitable for tourists because it is close to the city center, shopping centers, tours. Very good. Will be a subscription hotel for a staycation. Haven't tried the food but :(

I'm with my family, reservation of 2 superior rooms on 22 dec, check in 2 nights, 24-25 dec. When checking in on the 24th night, we happened to arrive at night, when checking in one of the rooms had problems with access to the room key card, 1 room was okay, 1 room was problematic, until the GM phone was not picked up even though the GM was 2 rooms from my room. So we waited for more than 30 minutes, around 12 o'clock at night, we entered the room with master card access (the software had to be re-registered). It didn't stop there, it turned out that the lock on the door towards the terrace didn't have a key even though this door faced the highway (although on the 3rd floor, the terrace was very close to the highway) this made a sense of comfort and security lost. Not to mention the problem of the toilet spray not coming out because the back faucet of the toilet was closed. From the problems above, the management is not professional in preparing rooms, only 2 people are on night duty. 1 receptionist and 1 security (already old too). Imagine bringing a small child, just to enter the room you have to wait a long time, even though it was only me who checked in. What if a lot of people build a tent, okay?

Dari depan seperti bangunan lama, sempet underestimate. Tapi kamarnya ternyata bagus. Semua bagus. Pelayanan juga bagus. Breakfast nya juga enak. Lokasi juga strategis dekat pusat kota. Terima kasih Votel Kartika Abadi Hotel Madiun.
