• Location wise✔️ (walking distance +/- 400 meters from Bandung station, took only 5 mins to get there in a moderate walking), easy to find public transports from the hotel, so many foodstalls/restos nearby.

Their gestures were all welcoming & very friendly. Kudos for this!
Despite their great location & staffs friendliness, unfortunately so many things from this hotel could be improved :
• The whole cleanliness & much needed renovation from the room interior / refurbishment from furnitures and other utensils in the bedroom and bathroom could be better & get an improvement. We found some parts from the furniture were broken or worn out. Not to mention the hotel towels, bad quality for a hotel with rate in 650k
• Check in / check out time: Big disappointment in our stay at this hotel. The unprofessionalism and inconsistency about check in time & check out time that could be fair for both parties, not only to the business for the hotel, but also to us as customer who had paid to stay & hoped for an easy-smooth process, got the basic fairness for us to get the room ready on time (2pm) yet we got the room ready at around 3.30pm (late for 1,5 hours). But when we asked a later checkout time for the compliment of the problem, we got only 1 hour added time by a 'high occupancy' reason & that also had to be delivered by the staff in an unpleasant way of communication, in which you need to manage and improve a lot. If you already know you get 'high occupancy' in the hotel, maybe you should add your staffs who responsible for cleaning services,so customers won't have to be disappointed like this

for the room area, there is no night light, the light switch is made one for all areas of the room,
Toilet area of the room, there is no exhaust above the toilet ceiling, there is no toothbrush and toothpaste.
for additional large mineral water, there is no information that the water must be paid for when drunk.
breakfast that lacks variety of food, tends to be mediocre.
hotel staff who are less professional in answering questions.
lack of greetings to hotel guests, so it seems very unfriendly.
The swimming pool area is poorly maintained, the stairs up and down the swimming pool are no longer there or are broken, there are no guards on standby in the swimming pool area.
the place to rinse and change areas for the swimming pool are not there or inadequate, no special towels are provided for swimming,
towels are brought directly from the room.

Bed Room: room 520, the wall near the bed is damp, the room feels like an old and old hotel, the cleanliness of the room is relatively okay, not dirty, but not too clean either

first stay at this hotel, because my husband insisted on staying at this hotel, and he said that he was the one who built this hotel. btw this hotel used to be called planet hotel, now it's changed to vue palace which is a member of artotel group..
for a 4 star hotel, the room size is quite spacious, the cleanliness is good, the staff are all friendly, the breakfast menu has many variants, my 7 year old child was charged 75k but it was all worth it.. but it's very unfortunate, there is no plastic trash can in the room and bathroom, then there is no doormat in the room, when I complained it was only given and even then it took quite a long time, the water channel in the bathroom is not smooth, so there is a lot of stagnant water, the AC is not cold enough, luckily it's cold in Bandung.. hopefully in the future it will be improved again, because remember this is a 4 star hotel ☺️

The staff is not friendly. Asked for a smoking room but was given a non-smoking one. Even though I paid for a smoking room. The bathtub was leaking. The sheets were dirty with lots of red stains.
