The hotel was decent for transit, but the unpleasant part was the noisy guests who were there until around 3 a.m., and there was no follow-up from the hotel. This really disrupted my rest time.

The location is close to Blok M. There are many places to eat and transportation is easy to get everywhere. But the room is very dimly lit, like a dim light. The only light in the room is by the bed and it is not bright. The bathroom light is even brighter. The room is very small. The TV does not work. I have called the staff several times but they never came to the room for repairs until check out time.

budget hotel but proper for rest. near everywhere like MRT Blok M, Blok M square and plaza, other culinary and entertain area.

For the friendly hotel staff, it is undeniable that the response and service when asked are always friendly and responsive. But a note for the cleanliness of the bathroom in particular, I booked quite a long time for 4 days, but the room was not cleaned and the cloth in the bathroom was not replaced, so it was very wet and slippery. Please pay attention in the future, because the rest for the location and room facilities for the standard room are okay in our opinion.

I have booked a non-smoking room, but instead I got a smoking room, the room still smells of cigarettes, and the hallway is very pungent, even though we brought children but there was no other choice, they said that was the only room.
