They were still given a smoking room with a dirty and smelly interior instead of being upgraded to a non-smoking room because it was fully booked, even though subsequent guests received a free upgrade.

This is my second time staying at Whiz and I've never been disappointed. The staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, and the breakfast is delicious.
Ambience/Facilities: The atmosphere is comfortable. I happened to get a top-floor room, so I could see the view of Cilacap lit up at night. The facilities are also great.
Food: The breakfast menu is varied and delicious.
Staff Assistance: The staff are very friendly.
Highlights: Cleanliness, very clean toilets, spacious rooms.
Price: For the price, it's worth it, especially since breakfast is included.
Location: The location is strategic because it's in the city center. It's easy to access everywhere.
