The room is comfortable, the mattress is clean, the towels are clean, there is a kettle, the hot water in the shower and sink works well, there are cupboards and drawers so things can be arranged and look neat, there is a safe, the breakfast always has 2 choices, and the taste is also good, the service is very friendly, the location is strategic. Thank God I was satisfied and didn't break the bag because of the 2 day stay. Only the mat is not absorbent and slippery in front of the bathroom door, maybe it hasn't been replaced in a long time. But it doesn't matter. It can still be placed on the base with a towel mat in the bathroom.

At first I tried to stay here and ordered for 1 night superior single bed room, it turned out to be satisfying. Comfortable bedroom, decent interior. The most important thing is that the bathroom is clean, warm water is always on. Soap, towels, toothbrushes are all available. 24 hour room service. Can order food to the room, the room can be cleaned. The only minus is the lack of coffee and tea in the room, only glasses and mineral water are provided. But it's not a big problem. Finally, my husband and I extended staying here and moved to a delux room. If you are on vacation in Palembang, this is really recommended. The price and the facilities provided are really worth it. Success and always improve facilities for the convenience and satisfaction of customers.
