Room cleanliness is disappointed. First time entering the room, the floor is sticky, there was some shoe print. Under the bed, we found a dirty sleeper. I can't imagine how long they didn't clean up the room thoroughly.

The floor is dirty. The management is very poor. It takes 10 minutes to check in process. I ordered hotel room + dinner package, but I have to wait more than 1,5 hour for dinner even if I ordered not at dinner time. The operating standard is also bad, I can't order dinner with telephone. The employee is not responsive enough when I have problem with AC remote. With the price I paid it's not worthy.

Dirtiest hotel I ever been to. Like its clearly they don't really do maintenance for the room. The most annoying part was the renovation at 6 am in the morning right in from of my room causing so much noise. I called the receptionist asking them about this and to handle it. They said they will but it keep going. Its not even worth the price. I booked from the app since I thought they have their own standard of the hotel they advertised. This is beyond awful. It feels like fake advertisement since the room looks good. So so so disappointed!

The place is very comfortable in the middle of the city close to the square and also the supermall, the food is also delicious and the place to eat is very comfortable.

Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. I've been to Purwokerto twice, I definitely come here only this time with my parents and sister, usually it's just me and my husband. Order 2 solid rooms, all 1 family room 1 superior. Poko is solid.
