The best part about the stay was how amazing the staff are. Very professional, all of them. They made our stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable amount of options. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. Will definitely be back.

Spacious rooms, large bed, TV with Prime and Netflix app. Really good facility, they are quite large also, clean praying space at B1 floor! 5 mins-ish walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, will consider staying again if there were any concert at Kasablanka Hall.

This is my umpteenth time at Wyndham, and it never disappoints. It's the best place for a family staycation. The kids are happy, and they even got a birthday cake. The facilities are complete, and the staff is friendly and very helpful... 👍

The deluxe room is quite spacious, there is an iron in the room plus a bathtub too, only there is no hair dryer, you have to borrow it. When I booked on Traveloka, I casually asked for a greeting mirror in a note, and they actually made one. The staff are all friendly, the pool is super spacious, and it's comfortable in the pool, there are no rules that annoy hotel guests (pool towels can be brought to the room, there is no prohibition to leave the pool area even though the kids' swimsuits are still not completely dry) super comfortable. The breakfast menu is the best. My 10-year-old son paid another 175 thousand, but it was worth it because everything was delicious and super complete. There were sushi, pancakes, waffles, boiled noodles, salad, etc. The gym is comfortable and quite complete with equipment. Super recommended, in short

Stayed here for 2 nights...
The room was spacious, the view was pretty good, and the breakfast was varied and delicious...
However, the check-in process was very slow. We registered at 12, then went to Kokas Mall, and then returned after 2, and the room wasn't ready yet, and we had to wait almost an hour...
And the room we got was a bit noisy. We could often hear knocking on the wall from the next room... It seemed like they were under renovation...
