The best part about the stay was how amazing the staff are. Very professional, all of them. They made our stay the most enjoyable. Breakfast was good, had a reasonable amount of options. The room was very spacious and the bathroom too. Will definitely be back.

Spacious rooms, large bed, TV with Prime and Netflix app. Really good facility, they are quite large also, clean praying space at B1 floor! 5 mins-ish walk to Kota Kasablanka Mall, will consider staying again if there were any concert at Kasablanka Hall.

The hotel room was very nice and clean. We happened to be offered a free upgrade to a newly renovated room. The pool and gym facilities were also very adequate. The only thing missing was a more varied breakfast menu.

So far so good.. bf food has a lot of choices, what makes me want to come back again is because there are sauna/steam facilities. notes: the small pool in the water is hot, now the water is not hot, not even warm.

Second Time! (And there will be more, I promise!)
Staying at Wyndham Kasablanka has never been disappointing. The place is very comfortable, cozy, and truly feels like home. For this second visit, I booked a room with a City View (facing the Non-Toll Flyover or Jl. Raya Kasablanka). Previously, I stayed in a room facing the swimming pool/Tower 88. If I come back again, I’ll probably choose the pool view so I don’t have to see Jakarta’s traffic (just kidding! But honestly, I would).
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, complete with a work desk (which I actually tried using yesterday, and it felt very comfortable—plus, the WiFi was stable and fast). There was also an iron and ironing board provided. The bathroom was clean, large, and comfortable, with a bathrobe that was super convenient. Overall, the in-room facilities were complete enough to make me want to stay longer. I’m very grateful—before, I could only stay here because of office events, but now I can book a room for myself. In short, I will definitely come back to create even more memories here!
Ambiance/Facilities:
Yesterday, I had the chance to go swimming. The facilities were very complete, including a jacuzzi and special towels for after swimming. The pool was clean, comfortable, and quiet, with operating hours long enough (until 10 PM).
Food:
YOU GUYS HAVE EXCELLENT FOOD! I REALLY MEAN IT! The breakfast options were incredibly varied. For example, if you want bread, there were so many different kinds—something most other hotels in the same class don’t pay much attention to. I fell in love with the Rye Walnut Bread—it was absolutely delicious! Even a simple breakfast with a sunny-side-up egg, sausage, and sautéed mushrooms tasted amazing. Outstanding! Thank you so much!
Highlights:
This place is truly priceless to me (have a personal connection for me), and the food is absolutely extraordinary.
Staff Assistance:
The staff were very friendly, served well, and gave clear information whenever I didn’t know something.
Price:
Worth it! If I had a bigger budget, I would definitely stay longer.
Location:
The location is very close to Kota Kasablanka, one of the largest and most complete malls in Jakarta.

The staff was friendly and helpful. I booked a room with a bathtub, but there was a problem during the payment process. I was promised a similar room, but Traveloka didn't explain in detail. It turned out that upon arrival, the replacement room didn't have a bathtub.
