Everything was ok during my stay. The staff was helpful. I like the breakfast concept which you order the food and drink that you want, the taste is good and for sure there will be no food waste.

Easy and quick check in. Unique room design. Awesome service. They even drop chocolate at our room as afternoon snack. Breakfast is served ala carte with quite variation of menu, from indonesian to western food. All in all a very satisfying stay.

Well, this is our second time stay at Yan’s House Hotel. The first one on August 2017. Thematic Room Hotel, minimalist but so cute decorated interior. This visit, me and husband booked Love Nest Theme. The different is in the bathroom, with bathtub. Nothing change, the staff still friendly and helpful, breakfast is still the same. You guys can give buffet breakfast with that price actually, lol because there are many hotels with same price serving buffet breakfast. If you looking hotel for walking around to kuta beach, spa and massage, souvenir shop, resto, cafe, mall, this one is one of the best option.

The room was that nice and comfortable.
Everyone was very helpful. The restaurant had a very varied selection of food. If I were to visit Bali again, I'd probably come back here, as the beach is only a 6-minute motorbike ride away.

Strategic location, close to everything. Walking distance to Discovery Mall and Waterboom Bali. Breakfast is menu-based, but there are several options, and the portions are generous. The fried rice is the best.

I'll come back here again if I go to Bali.
It's centrally located, walking distance to Kuta Beach.
We remember our 3D2N stay.
There was a welcome drink and cookies, and the room was very comfortable.
There was delicious chocolate in the room every morning.
The a la carte breakfast was delicious.
The staff was very friendly and helpful.

The deluxe room is quite spacious, with a refrigerator, cool air conditioning, and plenty of storage.
The hotel's location is very strategic, close to the airport, Discovery Mall, and Beachwalk. Access to the beach is also very easy, just walking to Kuta and Jerman Beach. Parking is also easy. The staff are friendly.
I'd love to stay here again next time I go to Bali.

Booked a 5-night honeymoon. I chatted with the hotel via WhatsApp to request a large bed (due to a late check-in). When I checked in, I not only got a large bed but also simple honeymoon decor.
The location is very strategic. Within walking distance to Kuta Beach, Discovery Mall, and Kuta Art Market.
The breakfast was excellent! The menu was quite varied and the food was delicious! I really like the concept of having breakfast with portions like this rather than having a buffet, which is lacking in taste, haha.

The room has a very homey atmosphere. It's comfortable to stay here. Apart from being strategic, the staff are also friendly. In short, it's really comfortable to stay here. If I go to Bali, I'll probably stay here again.

The room was different, cute, and lovely. Really enjoy with my family stay here. Will back soon.
And the breakfast really good.
But most of all the service was friendly and polite, just need more space for the swimming pool and kids pool.
Best 3 stars hotel I guess
