Yan's House Hotel

Room was comfortable to sleep in. Location is great with many dining options and convenience stores nearby. Breakfast option is plenty. But, I couldn’t really understand why we could only get 2 bottles of water each day for two guests. Not really a big deal because I could still buy water from the store next building, it’s just not really convenient. This is my third time staying at this hotel. For the price and location, it’s really worth it.

Favorite hotel if you stay in Bali

Awesome stay. We spent three nights here and we really love the room and the service.

Until now, we always stay at Yan's when we go to Kuta. The price and facilities are right. 👍👍👍 Some things that can be improved from room 375, paint on the bottom near the entrance, need a bath curtain so that the water doesn't overflow everywhere. It would also be nice if the TV position could be higher and not right on the window so that it doesn't "spill" and the TV doesn't get damaged quickly. The others are still OK.

I stayed at this hotel for the first time because the building is unique, in a cute blue color. The location in Kartika Plaza is very close to the beach. Just walk a little bit and you'll arrive. The hotel is actually quite comfortable. The room is quite spacious, quite clean. I got a room at the back, it was a bit damp. The aisle to the room looked like there were a lot of leaks. So I suggest the hotel fix it soon so that the hotel's aesthetics are maintained. Surprisingly, the breakfast was delicious for several menus that I ordered. Although the breakfast type is not All You Can Eat, it was very filling, you get Tea/Coffee and Fresh Juice, Fruits, 2 different breads every day, the main course menu can choose western or Nusantara.

Amazing hotel. Best Value with satisfying service. The location is not far from discovery, friendly service, large rooms plus there is a bar table. The breakfast is quite good even though it is not a buffet. The price is cheap compared to the value offered.

Good, nice stay in here. Thank you for giving chocolates every day, but unfortunately giving chocolates in the afternoon/evening by knocking on each room's door is a bit annoying. Thank you.

The room is big but relatively cheap. The location is also strategic near Kuta Beach. Recommended for Kuta area. Thank you also for the chocolate given in the afternoon.

I had a dinner the night before at certain table, then the next morning my family and I sit on the exact same spot. Guess what?! The crumbs from our snack (you can see in the picture what kind) are still there. Won’t be back to this hotel again, too bad, it’s actually our third stay in there. The rug smells really bad, the shower doesn’t have a door, under the bed is dusty I had to ask their Housekeeping to clean it, this is actually the last room we picked after the first assigned room has a damp and porous walls. After more than 5 rooms we checked, the last room is okay but the smell is really bad but we had no choice the other rooms are not even better. Especially the ceilling at first floor, you can see mold everywhere. This hotel need a serious level of maintenance. And the lady who serves us breakfast is really annoying. She charged us for an additional egg. So weird because in our previous stay we can get more than 1 course, in fact, we saw other table having more than 1 course from their breakfast options. What a shame, we regret coming back here really.

Great & clean, I often stay here.

The room is nice and the atmosphere is comfortable. The check in process is very fast plus there are chocolates provided in the room. The right choice to stay before going home or just transit because it is close to the airport, krisna, and other souvenir shops. Can walk to Discovery Mall and Kuta Beach.

why not give a welcome snack when the guest arrives at the lobby? this welcome snack is secretly put into the room without confirmation/information to the guest when the guest has been checked in for a few hours and is leaving the hotel room. Guest privacy is not respected in this case because without confirmation they enter the room when the guest is not in the room.

Very satisfied. Friendly and polite staff. Cold room. Delicious and refreshing welcome drink. Free chocolate every afternoon. Will definitely come back if I go to Bali

The hotel staff is friendly during check in & check out. The room & bathroom are clean. Access to the room is clean.

Luckily I only slept for one night. The room was damp, the AC was leaking, the breakfast was not very varied, when I checked in at 9 pm there was no staff to accompany and bring my suitcase to my room. So I looked for the location of the room myself and occasionally took a wrong turn in the hallway. Not recommended to stay here. Just once and last time

The initial obstacle was just a matter of WiFi and TV channels. There is a plus point of the hotel, namely the cupcake decorating class on Nyepi day which makes guests happy. The price is okay and the strategic location is close to Waterbom Bali and Kuta beach. No need to bother looking for food. Get chocolate every day too.

First look, the hotel is okay from the outside, The receptionist was very friendly, given a welcome drink and macaroon. Once heading to the room, speechless with the condition of the corridor. I saw people's reviews about the corridor, but I thought it wasn't that bad. Turns out it was really bad? Leaking and the entire way was black and damp. Got a room in the corner and damp. The window faced someone's wall. The room's AC was cold, the toilet worked. But the condition of the room was like in the photo. The mattress etc. were clean. But because it was so damp, I didn't dare to stay here, because the kid has asthma. So I only stayed here for 2 hours, immediately booked another hotel.
