The hotel is strategically located with competitive prices, friendly staff welcoming you from the lobby to cleanliness, on the 8th floor there is a strong smell of cigarette smoke that reaches the rooms.

the room given does not match the one ordered and photographed.
feels like being belittled. and only blames traveloka because "they say" it's a wrong photo and it's from a 3rd party.
if the room is full, it will be closed directly on the application. not to continue accepting orders but in the end given a different room

Stayed 1 night with family on a long weekend in a family room. This hotel is child-friendly and close to the old market wiskul. The only thing lacking is that there is no mirror in the room, so you have to go to the bathroom to put on your hijab. There are also no tissues in the room. When checking in, it was a bit of a hassle because the location was very crowded. For other things, it was satisfactory. The toys in the room are varied. Awesome. The girls room is cute. There are lots of cute costumes for taking pictures. It's really close to Tangerang station. The staff is friendly. The rooms are clean. Next time I'll stay here often if I want to travel to Jakarta.
