The location is very strategic in the city center. The staff is also very friendly in serving, and they have a 24-hour reception. The room size is also quite spacious. Breakfast is also very good in terms of taste and variety. However, the room cleanliness is quite lacking. We encountered several insects such as flies, mosquitoes, and millipedes during our four-day stay. The room window also has a poor view. There is no hair dryer available. The conditioner was not refilled for four consecutive days.
