The service needs to be improved again, some of the food was hard yesterday, if I'm not mistaken the rice noodles, the flush water in the toilet seat is not strong enough, it needs to be fixed, and the parking lot is a bit confusing when going around, because the entrance and exit routes have been changed, everything else is fine, overall good.

Overall, everything is good, but I want to give some input. Breakfast starts at 6. It would be better for the restaurant section not only one person, namely the chef, but there is another person who helps so the chef can focus on cooking and breakfast is not late. I was hoping that starting at 6 means it would be ready before 6. And because I have limited time, I was hoping to have breakfast earlier, but it turned out that I couldn't.

The room is comfortable, the bed is soft, the AC is quite cold, unfortunately the bathroom floor is too slippery, you have to be extra careful, the restaurant food is delicious, but unfortunately the last time I went there, the breakfast side dish was only eggs ;( and there is no cereal anymore, at least there should be chicken, hopefully it can be improved further, Yusra, keep up the good work

I've stayed here several times. It's a comfortable hotel and the staff are friendly. Please increase the duration of the hot shower so customers can use it for longer, rather than immediately switching to cold water. Thank you.

Actually, everything was fine. Being on a high floor affords a great view at night, in the afternoon, or in the morning. The only downside was the bathroom. The tiles weren't sloped toward the drain. So, the water pooled, forcing me to clean the puddles and manually use my feet to empty them into the drain every time I showered.
