The room was nice and clean. There is a free shuttle to and from the airport every hour. The price is also really affordable. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends and family.

I really enjoyed being stay in this hotel, the location is strategic like they have own mall it is Airport Hub that having 2 minimarts, many of restaurants and also can reach by 2 options whether you want to enter from highway (Jl. Tol Airport Prof. Sedyatmo) or their back door (Jl. Husein Sastranegara) their room also great, clean and comfort, the food is delicious, they will deliver your food in to your room as per your requested hours. Unfortunately, I just have 1 note for the management to manage again the unit of television, the TV in our room is not work and already change by the employee, however it is not comfort for us because we have to wait the employee change the TV and the channel TV becomes not complete and missing at some channel

The stay was great, but the breakfast menu needs improving as well as the shelter bus to the airport. We had waited long for the shleter bus when we finally decided to take a taxi to airport.

Friendly and helpful staffs. Clean and spacious room. Comfortable bed. Lots of TV channels. Secure access to your floor with elevator keycard. Breakfast was so-so but it was only 20k difference compared to no-breakfast option so I’d say it’s worth it.

this hotel has a great location, easy to find. The room services are very nice too. in the morning, the house keeping will remind us if there id anything we need. the bed also comfortable and thick blanket.

Located just 10 minutes from the airport, the hotel is clean and comfortable, with a cafe nearby, as well as the hotel restaurant. Airport shuttle service is available hourly.

The airport shuttle was very helpful. The staff was very friendly. The toiletries and toothbrushes were complete.
My only criticism is that the air conditioning was cool but a bit noisy.
There's also an Indomaret, KFC, and Starbucks downstairs.
Overall, it was good. I'll definitely come back again.

Great location. Perfect for those staying before leaving.
The only downside is that room service is incredibly slow. My fried rice order took 2 hours to arrive.
Calls to reception also took a long time.
Room service never answered.
It's a shame the service is so poor.
And the shopping area below only has 3-4 tenants left. There aren't as many as before.

we stayed during transit from nite flight. easy n fast check in. room is clean and quiet spacious. easy access to mall just beside the hotel. but unfortunately we have no time to enjoy the mall because we are catching morning flight back. surely will visit this hotel on our next transit.
