My wife who is from Bogor and myself have been coming here for the last 4 years and we keep coming back for many reasons. It's a great location for the ease of visiting family and friends or just going out, every member of staff in every department are always so polite, warm, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms have ample space for our needs and are always kept clean and fresh just like the rest of the hotel. When we have had food or refreshments we've always enjoyed it. All of the above makes the stay very pleasant and definitely great value for the price.

The location is easy to find and slightly close to Kebun Raya Bogor, many culinary options can be found surrounding it, close to many distro stores. The staff is very friendly. Reservation is easy and fast. I highly recommend this hotel including the price, the place, and the atmosphere.

The location is quite strategic in the city center, the breakfast menu is varied and quite tasty, the room is clean overall, the staff is friendly and helpful. I will return here if I visit the city of Bogor.

Sorry, during my stay at the Swiss Bell group, in Bogor, I found it less than pleasant: - The roof near the bathroom, access to either electricity or whatever. It often opens when the window is opened and makes a loud noise, the technician has checked it but they said it's nothing, pushed by the wind so it's not a problem? I don't think it's like that at Swiss Bell Express Cilegon, where the noise is loud. I left in the morning, returned midday towards evening. The room had not been cleaned and tidied up. The second day, I left early in the morning, I deliberately put up a sign asking for cleaning, so that when the activities were finished the room was tidied up. The reality was still the same, I returned in the afternoon. The room had not been tidied up. Suddenly I got a WhatsApp from the hotel. There was a repair, I was asked to move rooms, until I got a call, another WhatsApp. Even though I went back to the hotel to rest. I was constantly called, and WhatsApped when the repair work was about to start. It can't be a regular day, not a weekend. How can the information be so sudden. It was truly an unpleasant experience.
