Even though it's a bit cramped, only one sandal and toothbrush are not given, overall it's good, the room is clean, the bright green nuance is pleasant, the service is good, the breakfast menu is minimal but the overall taste is good in my opinion

The minus is that where the hotel pays for water, it's definitely free & there's no electric kettle, I'm disappointed but I've already ordered.

The room is quite large, the sheets are dirty, the towels are thin, the room is dirty and there are small animals when they want to open the curtains (ladybugs and tomcats) until they get bitten but luckily it's not bad. The staff at check-in was very unfriendly, I didn't get much information from him including when I asked about breakfast he only answered later I got info from the restaurant and the next day until 9 o'clock there was no info at all I finally tried to call the reception and they said breakfast can be in the restaurant and only until 10 o'clock. The taste is really emotional, until the restaurant has a little food left and it's cold, fried rice, dimsum are done. I don't want to drink glass of water, I asked for a glass to the employee, instead they were given a cup of tea, I wasn't really in the mood to eat, finally I went straight back to my room, not long after I got to my room at 9.45, I got a call from the restaurant and gave information that breakfast could be at the restaurant. Hello, what time is it, I've been given the info.

Seneng banget karena dateng setengah-setengah langsung bisa check in, terus request check out jam 1 juga ga pake babibu langsung acc, bersih dan nyaman sih. Sangat worth it dengan harga segitu. Pertama kali dulu di Zest cabang lain agak kecewa sama pelayanannya tapi di Surabaya satisfying enough. Will be back surely!
