First experience seeing a room that is not well maintained i.e. (door lock is weak, AC is not cold in room 1, other rooms are cold, smell is not known from where, toilet is awful), hopefully it will improve

A hotel with minimal facilities at such a price is expensive. Cleanliness is almost lacking in all rooms, public areas, toilets, rooms and other areas.

The hotel is close to the city center, but the cleanliness is really lacking, there are cockroaches in front of the room. The sheets have stains and are not clean. The staff is not very friendly when checking in.

Overall, the service and cleanliness of the room are okay, but pay more attention to the facilities in the room. The TV set-top box won't turn on, the hairdryer is broken, the telephone won't work, and a hotel like Zodiak doesn't have hot water in the shower.
