Since the hotel first opened, I often stay here when on holiday to Banjarmasin with my family, the staff are friendly, the rooms & hotel area are clean, the location is strategic, close to busy places and close to culinary and THM, I haven't tried the food.

It was clear that we chose a twin room, and there was a special request for 2 twin beds. We were still given 1 queen bed, even though the next day we were offered a room change, we were too tired to move rooms again because we were visiting our parents who were in the hospital. We chose a 2-person room, and we were given 1 amneties, but then after asking, we got another 1. What is so difficult about reading the customer order column? Why is there a request column? Aren't they taught to read customer requests? Please re-evaluate the room order section. Then the non-smoking room, how come the window can be opened on the 7th floor. It's very dangerous for those with children, this is the first time I've entered a non-smoking hotel, and the window can be opened. Usually the window is locked. Unless there is a balcony. The food is also so-so. But it's according to the price. Good cleanliness, good parking service, friendly security guards, and a friendly restaurant. Only the points above that I mentioned are disappointing.

On the 8th floor, you can see a beautiful sunset from the window. The breakfast is varied, especially the delicious lupis. The room is quite comfortable, and the location is strategic on Jalan A. Yani.

Since the hotel first opened, I often stay here when on holiday to Banjarmasin with my family, the staff are friendly, the rooms & hotel area are clean, the location is strategic, close to busy places and close to culinary and THM, I haven't tried the food.

It was clear that we chose a twin room, and there was a special request for 2 twin beds. We were still given 1 queen bed, even though the next day we were offered a room change, we were too tired to move rooms again because we were visiting our parents who were in the hospital. We chose a 2-person room, and we were given 1 amneties, but then after asking, we got another 1. What is so difficult about reading the customer order column? Why is there a request column? Aren't they taught to read customer requests? Please re-evaluate the room order section. Then the non-smoking room, how come the window can be opened on the 7th floor. It's very dangerous for those with children, this is the first time I've entered a non-smoking hotel, and the window can be opened. Usually the window is locked. Unless there is a balcony. The food is also so-so. But it's according to the price. Good cleanliness, good parking service, friendly security guards, and a friendly restaurant. Only the points above that I mentioned are disappointing.

On the 8th floor, you can see a beautiful sunset from the window. The breakfast is varied, especially the delicious lupis. The room is quite comfortable, and the location is strategic on Jalan A. Yani.
