Horrible stay. There was a fan, not an A/C. It was my friend and I on this trip and we booked a queen bed or two twin beds, and we had a full bed for two of us. Very small. Worst stay.

Staff were lovely especially Francis the manager she was outstanding. There were nice touches in the room including lovely fluffy towels, rituals product, tea coffee and biscuits and bottles of water. The location is in walking distance of the city centre and is close to the airport.

We have had a great stay.Staff was friendly and very helpful.We felt very welcome during our 3 night stay. There are a few areas in the rooms that are starting to look a little tired.Peeling coating on bedside tables, water mask and blistering from previous leaks.The rooms could do with a fresh coat of paint…to hide scuff marks. The one issue we all had(we stayed in one of the executive rooms on floor 2) was that there is no light in the dressing/wardrobe area..and it is dark wood..we had to all use our phone torches to find what we were looking for.
