Excellent as always

Location is wonderful. You can walk around the historic district and shopping - it was perfect. Breakfast was good. although I did get caught going the wrong way trying to access the parking garage - be careful!!

Clean, comfortable hotel in a very convenient location. The breakfast, which was included in our stay, was a nice touch, too.

The hotel itself was very nice and enjoyable. The adjoining carpark however is a disaster. The elevator only stops on every 2nd floor and does not go to the lobby. We struggled with prams up and down stairs outmr entire stay. Again, the hotel itself is really nice

I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel accommodations are basic but nice. The staff professional and helpful.

Very centrally located hotel, with lovely service. The housekeeper on our floor was very lovely and greeted me every time that she saw me with so much kindness. Felt very safe, and was amazing to be literally steps away from so much culture.

Great rooms, excellent location, ideal parking adjacent to the hotel. Absolutley nothing negative to say.

The location is wonderful. However, when there were flies in the buffet, the pillows and bed were hard as rocks, and the walls were dirty, I realized this is pretty low need. I would recommend elsewhere till they figure things out.

We checked into our rooms. The two of us have stayed at the Leonardo many times on our Visits to Galway. This time we booked and brought in two American friends to visit and tour Galway. Without knowing we were given an “executive” room, which was nice. Had we known, we would have given it to our friends. Our friends compared our room to theirs and felt they were slighted, we had water, snacks, bathrobes, a bigger room and a sitting table, in short a nicer room! They returned to the front deck and questioned the difference since we BOTH paid the same price? Not sure if he was the manager. But whomever he was, was very rude! His offer to our friends was and I quote “ well we can down grade your friends (meaning us) to a similar room that you have! Not an exceptable or hospitable solution. We felt bad for our visiting friends and offered them our room, which they denied, but made us feel very uncomfortable. In our opinion, what the manager offered was unacceptable solution! On our future trips to Galway we will be seeking alternatives to the Leonardo.

Great location in the heart of Galway. The room was neat and comfortable. We did not have breakfast at the hotel, but the bar was very convenient. Friendly staff.

The view was beautiful and it was literally right next to the street markets- a very fun place to visit for shopping and lots of eating options. Great location to easily experience Galway.
