I loved this place and even though it was confusing to check in at a different hotel down the block, it was very easy once we figured it out haha everyone was very sweet and the room was beautiful and clean. We will definitely stay again!

This is a delightful find in the center of Kinsale. It is easy to walk everywhere. The rooms are updated well and comfortable. We loved the staff! A winner!!

Hotel was a quaint older building. Lots of charm and character, clean, good location -- but the mattress felt as old as the place and I did not get good sleep. When paying a boutique hotel price, I expect to have a comfortable, modern bed.

Great location - right in the center of town. The building is very old and well maintained however the windows didn’t fully open or close so noise and cooling were hard to manage. The bath was very modern for such an old building.

We were very concerned about our stay and the conditions of the hotel.
The door handle would not work properly and made it extremely difficult to get in and out of the room. The handle spun around, but didn’t engage and open and shut the door.
There was mold in our room which can be seen in the picture attached. We attempted to find hotel staff to advise but could not find a staff at the reception.
Upon checking our accounts we noticed that we were overcharged.
I have written to the hotel twice already and have had no response.
I generally do not like to leave bad reviews, but I felt that this was necessary given the above.
I definitely would not recommend this hotel.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The property’s location was convenient and central to things I wanted to do and see. The staff were helpful. I was a bit uncomfortable with the sag in the floor. It creaked and I had to wonder how well supported the floor was underneath.
